Signe's Breads

Signe's fruited breads are a fresh alternative to coffee cakes. Each one has a different flavor tone and texture, no sugars or fats. Some are made with sour dough. They all keep very well. All of our breads have no preservatives, so after a day on your counter, it is best to refrigerate.

Cranberry Raisin…Our newest, perfect for toasting. Great with cheese, soft and chewy.

Italian Cibatta…Given its name because it resembles a small shoe. A milk based sourdough, great with soups, salads, grilled. Good keeping quality. No fat, no sugar.

Squaw Bread…Inspired by a Native American bread, Signe combines rye flours and cornmeal with a touch of local honey. Excellent at dinner, buffets, with soup.

Kalamata Olive Bread…Naturally yeasted dough, olive oil, Greek Kalamata olives. Low fat, no sugar.

Jumpin' Jane Flash…This bread is just for you! Flax seed, soy protein, black strap molasses for iron, raisins for sweetness and oat bran for fiber, not a smidgen of fat - the guys really like it, so share some with Jack, darlin'!

French Oat Apricot…Crusty French bread high in oatbran fiber, loaded with dried apricots.
